An overlay was carried on the larger roof section with a 3 layer Garland system achieving part L regulations and a new 25 year single point guarantee. We also installed a fall arrest system meaning the roof can be safely maintained. 

The smaller roof was fully stripped due to years of water ingress. Here we stripped the roof, repaired any rotten timbers and again installed a 3 layer insulated Garland system achieving the required u-values and a 25 year single point guarentee. Hand rail was also installed for Maintenace.
