Background
Denbigh House required urgent removal of hazardous asbestos roofing materials alongside comprehensive roof and cladding upgrades. JR Roofing Contracts was engaged to carry out a complex refurbishment involving asbestos removal, installation of new composite panels, and flat roofing across several buildings all while maintaining safety on a live workshop site.

- Safety measures:Installed safety netting beneath the existing roof before commencing asbestos stripping to protect workers and occupants below.
